1. Who is responsible?
PartyWall is operated by Clemado BV in Belgium. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email info@partywall.cloud.
2. What data do we process?
Through the website and order form, we may receive your name, company, VAT number, address, country, email address, phone number, selected plan, event dates and comments.
Through the event app, we may process the guest name, uploaded photo or video, IP address, original filename, submission time and moderation status. We also process limited technical logs and an essential language cookie.
3. Why and on what basis?
We use order details to handle your request, prepare or perform an agreement, contact you and meet applicable administrative and invoicing obligations.
For every upload, we ask consent to store and publicly display the media file and to store the IP address. IP and technical data may also be used in a limited way for security, abuse prevention and moderation. You can withdraw consent by email; this does not affect processing that was lawful beforehand.
4. Who receives the data?
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by hosting, storage, email and technical service providers supporting PartyWall. Event organisers and their administrators can manage submissions; a guest's name and media may be visible to the event audience.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use suitable safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long do we keep data?
Uploads remain available after the event according to the selected plan: 30 days for Basic, 60 days for Event and 90 days for Pro. They are then removed from normal access and deleted in line with our technical deletion cycle.
We keep enquiries as long as needed for follow-up. Customer, contract and invoice records are retained for the applicable statutory period. Security logs, backups and moderation data are kept only as long as technically or operationally necessary.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent. Email info@partywall.cloud; we normally respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. The European Commission provides an overview of your European privacy rights.
7. Photos, videos and children
Only upload media for which you have the necessary rights and permission. Do not share unlawful or highly sensitive content. The organiser should clearly inform guests about the public display. Images of children require the appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.
8. Security and changes
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No service is entirely risk-free. We may update this policy when the service or law changes; the date above identifies the latest version.
